A: There is no up front cost. All contracts will be based on our clients needs and the competitive scope of the agreement.
Q: How does a business or Agency get started working with Jay?
A: We start by making a proposal to meet your needs. We design a program specific to meet your needs. Every business or Agency starts different.
Q: Do we get regular feedback of the transportation in process?
A: Yes. We maintain daily communication. Communication called to/from Jay Transportation is tracked centrally and assigned to our dedicated team or professionals. At the end of each month we will provide you with a read out of each trip for billing, etc.
Q: Does my staff continue customer contact?
A: This is based on our agreement of working together. Our drivers and dispatchers work on behalf of you and your organization. We can work together with your staff, to explain the details of any scenario to the client or you can turn the process to us completely.
